The framework behind every In Your Corner session.
The story.
Sessions begin with Campbell reflecting on his boxing career and personal journey. From the absolute highs to the brutal lows, Campbell’s story shows what actually happens when you lock onto a goal and refuse to walk away.
His honesty turns every session into a real, open conversation.
The fight.
Then comes the physical aspect, an active boxing session with dynamic drills, bag work, and pad work done side by side. No experience is needed, and no two sessions are ever the same because no two groups are the same.
It’s a space where guards come down. In the end, it’s not really about boxing — it’s about getting active, showing up, and letting go.
The corner.
Every session ends with a debrief to reflect, connect and inspire what’s next. The work doesn’t end here. In Your Corner stays in touch with the people and places it works with. We set the foundation and inspire where people go next.
Campbell Somerville knows what it means to fight. He represented Australia at the Commonwealth Games and World Championships before turning professional, so he’s no stranger to the highs and lows of pressure.
But his toughest fights didn’t happen in the ring.
Between personal struggle and career setbacks, he’s realised the passion was always much deeper than the sport itself. Boxing was an outlet that opened the door to a renewed sense of purpose, achievement and mental resilience.
That’s why we built In Your Corner. A program where physical training meets honest conversation.
WHO WE WORK WITH
Different people. Same mission.
No two programs are the same. The talk, the training and the debrief are shaped around who is actually in the room, what they are carrying, and what they need to walk out with.
Community organisations
Community controlled health services, remote communities and the programs that run alongside them.
Schools & youth programs
Primary and secondary schools, alternative education and youth services. For young men in particular, sessions address the stigma surrounding mental health. We show that facing your struggles and being vulnerable is actually the ultimate sign of strength.
Sporting clubs & gyms
Athletes, gyms, clubs and professionals on the way out of the sport that defined them. Campbell has lived that exit and the identity struggles that come with it. Programs land differently in a room that understands what it costs.
Workplaces & teams
Trades, frontline crews and office teams who have sat through the compulsory wellbeing session and switched off. This one asks them to move first, which is usually enough to get an honest conversation started.
No two sessions are identical. Every corner is built specifically for the people in the room.
